O’Connor’s Pub – where the Roaring Kelly Band commences a two-hour set of Irish tunes, lyrical ballads, and entertaining songs this Sunday, May 11, from 4 to 6 pm.
O’Connor’s sits a couple of blocks from Delray Beach’s frenzied Atlantic Avenue in the Pineapple Grove quarter where you can still find old Florida neighborhood charm in a comfy corner of the block with attentive staff, sidewalk shaded tables, affordable drinks and a cool, cozy bar. Heather, the friendly publican of O’Connor’s, usually prepares some toothsome delight for all comers for the price of a drink! Last time we played, she served up some very tasty Shepherd’s Pie! So you can drink, eat, and sit back to get a earful of a melodic tearful with a lyrical ballad like Spancil Hill or tap the floorboards to high-stepping jigs like Musical Priest and Morrisons. The music is hopping and the place is a-popping so we’ll see you at O’Connor’s in Delray Beach!
